Due Gazzelle Cafe is
serving up a steaming cup of opportunity in the robust coffee
industry. You may be eligible to become part of this outstanding
organization as a start-up, conversion, or multi-unit development
franchisee.
Whatever your investment goals, Due Gazzelle Cafe has
the right niche for you. We are currently offering three franchise
opportunities to investors: local franchisee, private regional
franchisee and general regional franchisee agreements. Each of these
profiles is eligible for consideration to purchase the Standalone
Drive Thru, In-Line Café, or End Cap Drive Thru Café models.
Local Franchisee
Agreement:
This agreement gives
franchise license owner in a certain city to own, operate & develop
one or more outlets under the brand name Due Gazzelle café. Whenever
the franchiser decides to have a new outlet he must have a prior
approval from Due Gazzelle Cafe.
Private Regional Franchisee Agreement:
This agreement gives exclusivity for franchise license
owner in a certain country, to own, operate & develop, any number of
outlets he wants. Due Gazzelle keeps some rights for designs, training
& operating systems, trade mark.
General Regional Franchisee Agreement:
This agreement gives exclusivity for franchise license
owner in a certain country, to own, operate & develop, any number of
outlets he wants, & to give sub franchiser to any other investors in
his region, after getting approval from Due Gazzelle Café.
Agreement Duration:
Franchisee agreement duration is for three years, with
the option of renewal for three more years.
